Books

Welcome to the books section of the site. I love reading. But you’ll have to bear with me as I’m not a very quick reader. The equalivant of a 45 minute 5K you might say.

When I do finally finish a book I will share my experience on this page in the way of a review. Some may be witty (I hope), some critical, but everyone will be honest.

The reviews are just my opinion of the book. You may have a completely different view, in which case I would love to hear from you. Although chances are I’m right and your wrong, so bear that in mind.

You can learn a lot from running books and be inspired by other runners achievements.

There are so many good running books out there. Hopefully I can help you find the best on offer.
